If you put pressure with your finger on the back of the phone at the area on the right corner below the cameras the "wind" dissapears. If you get tired from the holding your finger everytime you speak there is only one solution. To permanently remove the weird sounds when speaking you first have to open the back cover of the phone and after opening it you need to put some kind of an insulating material with a thickness around 2-3mm and it has to be soft on the NFC part ( shown on the picture below). After doing this my issue with the blowing wind was gone.

Si te cansas de mantener presionando con el dedo cada vez que hablas, solo hay 1 solucion. Para eliminar permanentemente esos ruidos raros, tienes que quitar la cubierta trasera del telefono y poner algun tipo de material aislante con un espesor de unos 2-3 mm, y que este blando por la parte en contacto con el sensor NFC (mostrado en la fotografia (donde la linea discontinua). Tras esto, mi problema con el viento desapareció.

I solved my issue by removing a screw off the camera lens cap.
When I unscrewed it just a bit the "wind noise" stopped, but the screw wasn't in all the way, it wasn't holding the cap anyway, so I took it out.
Maybe the screw itself was making contact with electrical components underneath??...

Was worried that additional material could detach back cover because of the pressure...so I left it empty.

Al desatornillarlo un poco, el "ruido de viento" se paró, pero el tornillo no estaba metido del todo, no estaba sujentando la tapa de todas maneras, asi que lo quité
¿Quizas el tornillo estuviese haciendo contacto con componentes electricos que hay debajo?

Estaba preocupado por si el material adicional podria separar la tapa trasera por la presion, asi que lo dejé vacio.
A ver si estas soluciones que dan funcionan realmente, porque yo tuve que mandar mi Mi10T Pro al servicio tecnico y le cambiaron la placa entera (menos mal que fue en garantia)
